Compensation

• up to $65 per hour• $5,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Hires• Sign on bonus paid quarterly

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans• Provide physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory standards• Educate patients and families on therapy programs and recovery goals

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington• Strong communication and teamwork skills• Passion for providing high quality patient care• Skilled nursing or post acute experience preferred but not required• Full time availability required for sign on bonus eligibility
