What You'll Do:

As a Restaurant Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. By bringing professionalism and a positive outlook, you will contribute to our restaurant's continued growth and success, as well as the long-term prosperity of our dedicated employees.

Requirements:

· Experience in the Restaurant Industry

· Strong Leadership and Management Skills

· Interpersonal Skills

· Conflict Management Skills

· Ability to Manage a Team in a Fast-Paced Work Environment

· Knowledge of Labor Laws and Regulations

· Ability to Analyze Financial Reports

Preferred, but not required.

A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Related Field
