We are looking for dedicated BTs/RBTs to join our team of professionals committed to improving the quality of life for individuals diagnosed with ASD.Responsibilities:Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBAProvide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection softwareWork with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programsOngoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client’s progress.Develop/create teaching materials and visualsMaintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactionsParticipate in ongoing training and professional development opportunitiesRequirementsMinimum age requirement: 18 years oldHigh school diploma or its equivalentBackground check clearance required upon hiringPrevious experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges; ASD experience preferred.Reliability: Ability to keep to a weekly scheduleAccess to transportation, whether it be a reliable vehicle or public transitBenefits to working at Skillful ABA (full time employees):Health insurancePaid time offFlexible scheduleProfessional developmentReferral bonusSchedule: Flexible hours during the day, afternoons and evenings
