Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:


Seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab/EP Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in interventional cardiology procedures. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient support and assist with complex cardiovascular interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver direct patient care in the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology lab settings.
• Assist physicians during invasive cardiac procedures, ensuring all instruments and supplies are prepared.
• Monitor patient vital signs and responses throughout procedures, responding promptly to changes.
• Document clinical findings, procedures, and patient data accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Adhere to established protocols and safety standards to maintain patient safety and compliance.
• Support post-procedure patient care and education to ensure optimal recovery.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in South Carolina, with no pending licensure issues.
• Demonstrate a minimum of one year of recent experience in a Cath Lab or EP setting.
• Possess valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities as needed.
• Maintain strong clinical skills in cardiovascular procedures and patient management.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
