Job Summary The Site Manager is responsible for providing a superior i9 Sports Experience and overseeing the game-day operations of a venue. This individual must be high-energy, organized, and have strong problem‑solving skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management. Customer‑service orientation is essential; experience "Wowing" customers is an advantage. Responsibilities Field set up and breakdown for game day events Manage and supervise part‑time staff members and volunteer coaches Supervise the overall operation of a venue, ensuring programs run on schedule Demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values Organize game day equipment and ensure cleanliness of the venue Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills Qualifications Excellent communication and organizational skills Highly motivated self‑starter; can work independently and solve problems Alert and able to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety Positive attitude and ability to build professional relationships Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and evenings during the ~7‑week season Compensation $18.00 - $22.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
