Site Superintendent - Healthcare & Education

A field-based Superintendent role leading diverse commercial builds across central Ohio. You will manage site execution, subcontractors, and day-to-day delivery on projects ranging from healthcare to education. Client Details A well-established mid-sized general contractor delivering $150M-$200M annually with a workforce of 200+ employees. The company operates across healthcare, education (K-12 and higher ed), municipal, and public safety sectors, with a healthy backlog of projects. Description Lead on-site construction from groundworks to punch-out Manage subcontractors, site safety, and daily coordination Oversee sitework, utilities, and quality assurance Partner with PMs to maintain schedules and budgets Build strong relationships with clients and inspectors Profile A successful Superintendent should have: 5+ years Superintendent experience with a GC Proven leadership and subcontractor management skills Strong background in sitework and utilities Stable career history with clear reasons for moves Professional, client-facing, and tech-capable Job Offer Annual salary ranging from USD 95.000 to USD 120.000. 2-3 weeks PTO + 401(k) + strong healthcare plans + bonus + vehicle allowance Local projects with limited travel; gas card potential Clear progression path with internal promotion focus Opportunity to work in Columbus, a vibrant and growing location.
