Responsibilities troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. documenting and tracking incidents. coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely resolution. maintaining a high level of professionalism and service quality in all interactions. Qualifications Up to one year of related experience. Demonstrated proficiency with Windows software. Good communication and analytical skills. Ability to work rotating shifts.
