Scrum Master

Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews Support Agile teams in adopting and maturing best practices within Scrum and SAFe frameworks Coordinate across product owners, business analysts, developers, data teams, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery alignment Track and manage work through Azure DevOps, ensuring stories, features, bugs, and epics are current, organized, and properly aligned Drive progress across Program Increments, sprint goals, release activities, and cross-team dependencies Identify and remove impediments, **escalate** risks, and support teams in resolving blockers quickly and effectively Monitor team health and performance through metrics such as velocity, burndown, defect trends, release readiness, and delivery forecasting Support stakeholder management by providing clear communication, status updates, and presentation-ready insights Apply data-driven decision making to improve delivery execution, team effectiveness, and operational transparency Help balance priorities across delivery teams while promoting high-performance team building and collaborative execution Operate effectively across both Agile and Waterfall project management structures as business needs require Partner with leadership to support delivery planning, business risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives Technical Skills Required: Agile Program Management Agile SAFe Agile and Waterfall project management Business Risk Management Data-Driven Decision Making Data Systems Effective Communication and Presentation High Performance Team Building Program Increment planning and execution Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Stakeholder Management Nice to Have: PMP certification Agile and/or SAFe certifications preferred Preferred Background Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master in complex enterprise technology environments Strong understanding of software delivery processes and digital product team operations Experience working with cross-functional teams that include product, business, engineering, and data stakeholders Ability to manage delivery risk, influence stakeholders, and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to lead through ambiguity and change #J-18808-Ljbffr Seneca Resources
