Scrum Master

Scrum MasterFacilitation & Ceremonies: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure these events are productive, collaborative, and strictly time-boxed.Servant Leadership: Support the Scrum team by identifying, tracking, and actively removing blockers or impediments to their progress (technical, organizational, or interpersonal).Product Owner Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Owners to help manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for upcoming sprints.Agile Metrics & Reporting: Track and communicate team velocity, burndown/burnup charts, and other relevant metrics to help the team plan predictably and transparently communicate progress to stakeholders.Shield the Team: Protect the development team from external distractions, scope creep, and unvetted interruptions during active sprints.Continuous Improvement: Facilitate meaningful retrospectives that result in actionable, continuous improvement items for the subsequent sprint.
