We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Day Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team at Aspire Senior Living Joplin. As a Physical Therapist (PT) , you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of seniors, providing personalized therapies to improve their physical mobility, strength, and overall well-being. Responsibilities Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for residents with a range of physical disabilities and medical conditions Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretches, and other modalities to promote recovery and independence Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to achieve optimal patient outcomes Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed Educate residents, families, and caregivers on exercise programs and self-care techniques Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and clinical excellence Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapist (PT) from an accredited program Current Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of Missouri CPR certification and other specialty certifications may be required If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors, we encourage you to apply for this exciting Physical Therapist (PT) opportunity!
