Operations Supervisor Start at $19/hr What does the ROLE entail? Responsible for assisting in the oversight of any area in the Rooms and Food and Beverage Operations Divisions; this includes Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Reservations, Outlets, and Event Services/Banquets. Requires strong verbal and written communication skills. Solid guest service orientation and service recovery skills. Maintain excellent communication and coordination with all hotel departments. Works in a team environment. Other duties may include training, staff development through coaching and counseling, payroll, and scheduling. Your EXPERIENCE A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment. Hotel experience is a must – supervisory experience preferable. Strong customer service orientation and customer service skills. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills. A fun and energized person with a creative mindset. Committed to delivering a high level of customer service. Must be proficient in general computer knowledge. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight. Capable of moderate amounts of walking and continuous standing.
