Project Manager - Research Operations

Supporting strategic research portfolio management and operational coordination activities for the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time remote Project Manager - Research Operations will manage the implementation of research frameworks, coordinate project management activities, and develop project plans while collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Key responsibilities Support the implementation of research portfolio management frameworks and operational processes Coordinate project management activities for research operations initiatives supporting leadership Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reporting across multiple workstreams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as public health, health administration, or business administration 4+ years of experience in research administration, project management, or program operations Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders and complex policy changes Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
