Customer Service Representative

- Be the friendly, professional first voice our customers hear when they call.
- Answer incoming calls, book appointments, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Proactively reach out to existing customers to schedule maintenance, promote current offers, and help keep our technicians’ schedules full.
- Help homeowners understand their options by clearly and compassionately explaining our services.
- Work closely with our service and dispatch teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keep detailed, accurate notes and use CRM tools (we use ServiceTitan!) to keep things running smoothly.
- Be a team player, ready to support your coworkers and contribute to a positive work culture.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of customer service experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- A warm, upbeat personality that people trust and enjoy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer savvy
- Self-motivated and able to stay focused without constant supervision
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented, goal-driven environment
