ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Utilize Sales skills on qualified appointmentsMeet and build rapport with customers in their homes
• Determine their design needsEducate customers by presenting the Re-Bath solutionClose sales
• Utilize Project and Design skills on qualified appointmentsConduct job site measuring
• Photograph spaces appropriatelyCreate designs with customersSelect appropriate productsCorrectly calculate costs of projects
• Learn and implement the Re-Bath Franchise Sales system, tools, training, and resources

QUALIFICATIONS

• One Call Closer experience
• A minimum of 2 years of direct to customer sales experience; in-home sales experience a plus
• Home improvement related sales experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills
• Responsible and reliable
• Coachable mindset
• Competitive by nature
• Clean driving record and background check
• Warm, outgoing, and enthusiastic
• Desire to help your clients find the best solutions for their needs
• Independent, self-motivated, disciplined, high achiever
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM a plus
• High school diploma or GED required

Salary: $95,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year Based on Sales commission Basis

Schedule:

• Choose your own hours
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

• In Home sales: 2 years (Required)
• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
