About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Performance Creative Strategy to take ownership of its growth engine with a focus on creative strategy, content production, creator partnerships, and paid media. The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling demand while maintaining the scientific rigor that distinguishes the company. This role demands a creative strategist with a hands-on approach, capable of writing and refining ad angles and hooks, and who has a proven track record in paid acquisition for DTC CPG or consumer health. The Head of Performance Creative Strategy will be at the forefront of the company's next phase of growth, leading the creative hypothesis and its execution, and will be expected to be deeply involved in the ad account, running campaigns, and optimizing performance. Applicants for the Head of Performance Creative Strategy position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the field and be fluent across various digital marketing platforms. The role requires a candidate who is adept at directing a creator engine, understands the dynamics of performance-based programs, and can effectively manage a team to achieve set targets. The ideal candidate will be self-aware, low ego, and possess a growth mindset, with a genuine care for the customer. Responsibilities also include maintaining brand integrity, owning the performance marketing P&L, and being accountable for CAC, ROAS, and new customer targets.
