We are looking for Fitness Trainers who want to be part of our team! The Fitness Trainer is an opportunity to begin your fitness career as well as provide leadership opportunities and growth. FREE Planet Fitness Black Card Membership This position has a $1/hour premium added to any hours worked 10:00 PM-6:00 AM. Reimbursement available for Nationally Recognized Certified Training Certificate (not required for hire) up to $300 for the certification. If candidate does not have a certification upon hire, they will be hired in as a Member Service Representative, and need to obtain certification within 6 months from hire date. Guardian Voluntary Supplemental Insurance Employer paid Life and AD&D insurance Employee Assistance Program As a Planet Fitness Trainer, You Would Be Designing individual exercise programs for each member based on their exercise experience, medical background and personal goals. Develop and implement exercise programs that are safe, effective and appropriate for individuals who are apparently healthy or have medical clearance to exercise. The Fitness Trainer is responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests and ensuring an exceptional "Judgement Free" member experience! #J-18808-Ljbffr
