Why This Role Matters The PM Technician is responsible for performing scheduled preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment. This role focuses on equipment reliability, early issue detection, and delivering a high-quality customer experience at every touchpoint. This position plays a critical role in reducing emergency breakdowns, identifying repair opportunities, and supporting long-term customer relationships.
