Emergency Childcare Services is hiring an outgoing and professional Field Outreach Representative to help us connect with local childcare centers throughout the Charlotte, NC area.

This is a part time, field based position. You will visit local daycare centers, introduce our staffing services, provide marketing materials, and build relationships with directors and administrators.

Part time, approximately 15 to 20 hours per week with the potential to become full time 

Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel

Opportunity to earn bonuses for new client conversions

What You'll Do

• Visit local daycare centers in assigned areas
• Introduce Emergency Childcare Services to directors and administrators
• Explain our substitute staffing and permanent placement services
• Distribute flyers and business cards
• Ask questions about each center's current staffing needs
• Collect director names, emails, phone numbers, and other contact information
• Identify centers interested in learning more about our services
• Keep accurate records of each visit
• Provide information to our office team for follow up
• Represent our company in a friendly and professional manner

• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Organized and able to document visits accurately
• Sales, marketing, childcare, community outreach, or customer service experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a valid driver's license

Experience working in childcare or communicating with daycare directors is a plus.

Schedule

Monday through Friday during daytime business hours.

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people and building relationships. This is not a cold calling position. You will meet potential clients face to face and help introduce childcare centers to a staffing resource they can turn to when they need coverage.

About Emergency Childcare Services

Emergency Childcare Services provides qualified substitute teachers and staffing support to childcare centers. We help centers maintain classroom coverage during employee call outs, vacations, staffing shortages, and vacancies.

Job Type: Part time

Work Location: On the road
