Specialist, Supply Chain Planner

Summary Support supply planning for Chanel's Fragrance and Beauty retail and promotional SKUs with a focus on visual merchandising categories and inventory KPIs. Partner cross-functionally with Merchandise Planning, Retail, Marketing, Quality, Operations, and global Supply Chain to manage purchase orders, track procurement, and resolve supply constraints. Drive excess and obsolescence reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to meet service level and inventory targets. Responsibilities Own the supply planning forecast for fragrance and beauty retail and promotional SKUs, including base business and newness. Manage procurement activities: order submission, tracking, monthly reviews, and communication of supply constraints. Coordinate with Merchandise Planning, Retail and Marketing to update promotional trackers and ensure availability of merchandising elements. Support excess and obsolescence reviews and implement reduction and usage strategies. Collaborate with global Supply Chain and Customer Service on inventory availability and purchase order management. Work with Quality and Operations to ensure inventory accuracy and appropriate disposition. Contribute to supply planning projects and process improvements. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, distribution management, or planning. BA/BS degree required. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization; experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred). Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead cross-functional processes.
