Quality Engineering Lead2Bridge has been engaged in the search for a Quality Engineering Lead supporting a technology-focused organization operating in performance-sensitive environments. This role blends hands-on technical ownership with people leadership, with a mandate to elevate quality standards across a complex backend platform.This role offers a flexible hybrid or remote work model. Target compensation is $180,000–$225,000 plus bonus.
