Registered Nurse - Field Assessor

Overview We are hiring for a PRN RN Field Assessor to join our passionate team in Portsmouth, NH. As a Registered Nurse Field Assessor you will complete long‑term care insurance assessments, gathering claimant demographics, physician information, medication lists, and evaluating the claimant’s functional independence. Responsibilities Obtain claimant demographics, physician information, current medication list, and evaluate functional level of independence. Complete brief cognitive screening and assess ability to perform ADL and IADL tasks. Use a point‑of‑care web application on a laptop or tablet in real time for documentation. Required Qualifications Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice. Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and dependable vehicle or public transportation access. Current CPR certification. Ability to function in any home situation regardless of client demographics. Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of RN experience. Ability to work independently. Good communication, writing, and organizational skills. Pay Ranges Annual total cash compensation ranges from $79,222 to $118,833. Pay is based on per visit point (USD $38.09–$57.13) and hourly rate ($45.71–$68.56). This role is not eligible for benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
