Cannabis Inventory Quality Control Specialist

The Quality Control Specialist assists in essential responsibilities of the inventory department and ensures state compliance and Planet 13 standards are met by performing daily audits of inventory; tracking and reconciliation of product; accounting and reporting of inventory surplus and deficits complying with all State, Local, and Company requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Participate in perpetual inventory cycle counting and inventory accuracy checks.
• Complete inventory procedures using electronic tracking system (ETS) and respond to any discrepancies by notifying management and investigating reasons for the discrepancy.
• Review inventory in POS and METRC systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Responsible for the settlement of inventory discrepancies and reporting the resolution of such discrepancies.
• Maintains compliance with METRC, ensures METRC inventory is up to date with POS system.
• Participate in Quarterly/Yearly Audits.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
• Assist with the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and performance standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules. This job has no supervisory responsibilities. This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific software.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must be 21 years of age or older.
NV State Agent Card Required.
