Print Room Associate

We are an educational manufacturing company dedicated on creating high-quality lab kits and books for schools. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Print Room Associate to join our team and help us get these essential learning materials into classrooms! Location: Ronkonkoma, NY Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour  Shift: AM Shift Job Type: Full-Time / Immediate Hire

Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort using Microsoft Excel. Flexibility: Ability to easily switch between printing, cutting, and packing throughout the day. Communication: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently to ensure instruction manuals are printed accurately.

Responsibilities

• High-Volume Printing: Utilize Microsoft Excel and specialized printing software to process and print large quantities of instructions, manuals, and labels.

• Finishing & Cutting: Operate cutting, trimming, and binding equipment to finish printed materials according to exact specifications.

• Packing & Fulfillment: Securely pack, label, and prepare finished print jobs for distribution or shipping.
  

• Computer Literacy: Comfortably navigate computer systems, manage digital files, and troubleshoot basic software or printer queues.

• Data Handling: Review and organize data within Excel spreadsheets to ensure accurate print outputs
