Role Summary

Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

What You'll Bring

• Help customers find the products they are looking for
• Ensure high quality products are available in produce, deli, bakery, dairy, meat, and other departments
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
• Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
• Assist customers in ordering cakes, fulfilling deli orders, or finding the right produce
• Keep area clean, sanitized, and customer-ready
