Autonomous RN Case Manager - Rehab & Return-to-Work
Paradigm
Paradigm is seeking a full-time Nurse Case Manager for the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. This role involves consultation and implementation of rehabilitation plans for injured workers. The Nurse Case Manager will work independently while collaborating with various stakeholders. Candidates must have a current Registered Nurse license and preferably a Minnesota Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant credential.
