Location:
Las Vegas, Nevada – This is a full-time, fully on-site opportunity where you'll collaborate closely with leadership and business teams in a dynamic office environment.

Note:
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Nevada and have at least 3+ years of directly relevant real estate transactional and commercial finance experience.

Job Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial real estate, finance, corporate, employment, and governance agreements.
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint venture transactions through legal due diligence.
• Partner with finance, asset management, acquisitions, development, and executive leadership to identify and manage legal risk.
• Assist with corporate governance, board materials, and corporate records.
• Coordinate litigation matters and manage relationships with outside counsel.
• Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory compliance and legal issues affecting business operations.
• Support the General Counsel across a broad range of strategic legal initiatives.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Nevada Bar license.
• 3+ years of real estate transactional and commercial finance legal experience.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience handling commercial real estate transactions.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• In-house experience is welcomed.
• Experience with securities law or private placements is a plus.
