POSITION SUMM ARYThe HR Generalist serves as the primary liaison between employees and the corporate office team, supporting an employee-oriented, high-performance culture at TLD Wollard. This role validates payroll from the central office, supports employees with their questions and issues, upkeeps HR records, and organizes and delivers training activities — including Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) programs. The HR Generalist also serves as office coordinator and partners with regional HR Managers and the group HR Director to ensure consistent, compliant HR practices across the si te. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIT IES:(Other duties may be assig ned)Serve as the liaison between employees and the corporate office team, supporting employees throughout the organizat ion.Validate payroll received from the central office, and support employees with payroll questions and iss ues.Serve as a back-up to the administrator in WIN when nee ded.Recruit for open positions or work with regional recruiter to fill roles in a timely ma nnerOrganize, schedule, and record training activities for factory, hourly, and salaried employ ees.Oversee and deliver training programs on Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) top ics.Act as office coordinator — order office supplies and coordinate visitors, meals, reservations, corporate activities, and other administrative support as requi red.Upkeep and maintain HR records in compliance with company policy and applicable regulati ons.Communicate and coordinate with regional HR Managers (HRMs) and the group HR Director (H RD).Act in compliance with ethical and business conduct rules in accordance with group procedures and pol icy. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERI ENCE:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential funct ions.Minimum three (3) years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environ ment.Working knowledge of payroll processing, HR record-keeping, and HRIS/HRMS sys tems.Experience organizing and delivering training programs, including EH&S topics, is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office S uite.
