From inspecting critical incoming shipments to managing carrier relationships and keeping internal production teams aligned, you will be the backbone of their daily logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

? Receiving & Logistics Ownership

• Master the Inbound: Receive all incoming vendor parts and shipments daily. Verify quantities, audit packing lists, and inspect physical conditions to ensure total accuracy.
  
• Problem Solve: If a shipment arrives damaged, you'll lead the resolution process-gathering photos, working with Purchasing, and collaborating with Accounting to fix discrepancies.
  
• Keep Logistics Moving: Swiftly route internal deliveries to the correct departments and team members.

? Container & Vendor Coordination

• Own the Flow: Coordinate weekly inbound and outbound container deliveries to and from designated partner facilities.
  
• Logistics Champion: Communicate with ocean freight carriers to negotiate the best shipping routes and options.
  
• Go International: Handle outbound container shipments by requesting bookings, preparing pallets, generating detailed invoices, and coordinating safe loading.

? Shipping & Returns Support

• Process RMAs/RTVs: Partner with Customer Service to manage customer returns (RMA) and coordinate vendor returns (RTV) for rejected units.
  
• Courier Management: Prepare and send out daily shipments via UPS/FedEx, including palletizing freight as needed.
  
• Security & Facility: Maintain container security logs, manage container seals, and ensure smooth operations by managing cardboard compaction.

?? Production Support

• System Expert: Process daily manufacturing orders (MOs), reworks, transfers, and variances directly into the company's ERP system.
  
• Material Management: Coordinate component requests between Production and Shipping, and prepare specialized raw material for supplier resale when needed.

What We Are Looking For

We want a proactive teammate who takes pride in a job well done. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• The Essentials: Active Forklift Driver Certification is required.
  
• The Background: Solid experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment.
  
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office (especially Excel for tracking data and Outlook for professional communication).
  
• Sharp Eye: Incredible attention to detail-you don't let a single mismatched count or damaged box slip by.
  
• Autonomy: Highly organized and reliable; you love being trusted to manage your daily workflow without being micromanaged.
  
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable with a dynamic, physical role that includes lifting, palletizing, and operating warehouse equipment.

Bonus Points (But Not Required!)

• Experience working with ERP systems .
  
• Familiarity with international shipping or ocean freight.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $23.00
