- Connect with prospective customers, develop leads, and schedule appointments.
- Learn about customers’ needs and discuss relevant products and services.
- Build relationships with existing customers through follow-up and policy reviews.
- Answer questions and assist with coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
- Previous State Farm agency experience is required.
- An active Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Sales experience and an interest in growing customer relationships.
- Clear communication, strong listening skills, and dependable follow-through.
- A genuine commitment to helping customers.
This position is with an independent State Farm agent. Team members are employed by the agent, not by State Farm Insurance Companies.
