Presales Engineer -BFSI - ML/AI

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Presales Consultant to join our dynamic team, focusing on the powerful combination of our Agentic Enterprise Platform within the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI) and other non-industrial.

In this pivotal role, you will be the technical linchpin in our sales process, working closely with customers to understand their unique needs, demonstrate the transformative power of our Agentic Enterprise Platform (comprising of Agentic low-code development, data analytics, graph technologies and AI) and design innovative solutions that drive their digital transformation and AI/ML journeys.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or solutions engineering role.
• Strong understanding of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance industries.
• Experience with modern Data/ AI/ Analytics Platforms such as Alteryx, Data Robot, Dataiku, Tiger Graph, Neo4j, Amazon Neptune.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment strategies.
• Exceptional ability to analyze complex business problems and design innovative solutions.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• A demonstrated history of quickly learning and applying new technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Physics, or related technical fields.

Requirements

• Co-lead discovery sessions with sales representatives.
• Deliver engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, sales teams, and partners.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key technical champions and executive sponsors.
• Provide expert technical input for proposals, RFP's and RFI's.
• Acquire and provide industry expertise within the BFSI+ sectors.
• Work with peers, professional services, and sales teams to provide market feedback.
• Represent Siemens at industry events, webinars, and conferences.
