Your client will trust you to develop technical requirements, Concepts of Operations, Future Acquisition Plans, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), technical assessments, integration plans, verification plans, and digital mission and system models for satellite ground systems. The world can't wait.You Have: 3+ years of experience performing systems engineering analysis and developing systems engineering products for satellite systems or ground systems for command and control and data processingExperience with the development of technical specifications, ICDs, ground architectures and designs, integration plans and schedules, and test plansExperience integrating software systems for weapon systems, including multi-performer teams with different development schedules, lifecycles, and prioritiesExperience planning and executing program reviews throughout the lifecycle of the systemKnowledge of satellite ground system design, cloud architectures, DevOps and DevSecOps, software frameworks, communication and networking, data processing, exploitation, and dissemination, space system operations and tasking, mission planning, space-ground integration, or space system factory supportKnowledge of Agile methodologiesAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeTop Secret clearanceHS diploma or GED and 15+ years of experience with large-scale ground systems engineering and integration on space programs, or Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience with large-scale ground systems engineering and integration on space programsNice If You Have: Experience managing traceability of requirements and developing testable criteria, system validation and verification, and analysisExperience performing systems engineering, integration, and testing on space-based remote sensing systems, including SBIRS, Next Generation OPIR, FORGE, STSS, HBTSS, DMSP, WSF-M, and EWSExperience using a Model-Based Systems Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselinesKnowledge of DoD 5000.01 and 5000.02Knowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2Knowledge of network architectureBachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS fieldINCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification such as ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP CertificationClearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;Top Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
