Luxury Retail Sales & Design Consultant

We are seeking a Luxury Retail Sales & Design Consultant to represent our luxury home décor company at our spectacular location at the Woodbury Common Outlet Mall in Central Valley, NY. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for overseeing sales during store hours and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with current clients through regular contact to ensure satisfaction.
• Network with designers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and develop meaningful client relationships.
• Built and maintained client base through follow-up, appointments, and store events.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the values and ambitions of our brand.
• Arrange merchandise attractively to attract potential customers.
• Create an inviting store environment that encourages customers to spend time and make additional purchases.
• Maintain schedule flexibility and dependability.
• Display an energetic and positive attitude.
• Perform any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of prior high-end retail experience.
• Previous experience at the store sales level.
• Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and build loyalty.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated with a focus on creativity and the customer experience.
• Interest in luxury products, home décor, fashion, art, or lifestyle.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including evenings, holidays and weekend shifts

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• 37.5 hours per week
• Location: Central Valley, NY, On-Site
