Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups to address a range of mental health conditions. Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, holistic client care that meets the diverse needs of our clientele. Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards. Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to remain informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health care. Patient Population / Client Focus Our LPCs serve a diverse population, including individuals with limited access to mental health resources, those dealing with trauma, substance misuse issues, and family dynamics that require intervention. We focus on creating an inclusive environment that acknowledges and respects the unique backgrounds and experiences of our clients, aiming to provide compassionate support that promotes healing and personal transformation. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field. Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania. A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required, demonstrating competency in providing therapeutic services. Solid understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with a diverse clientele. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other telehealth technologies. Preferred Experience Specialization in therapeutic areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is preferred, enhancing our service offerings to clients. Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within a healthcare team, driving coordinated client care. Commitment to engaging in continuous education and professional development in the mental health field. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
