Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Senior to join our Clients team. As a Tax Manager, you will play a key role in providing high-quality tax services to our clients, including preparing and reviewing tax returns, conducting tax research, and advising clients on tax planning strategies. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 6+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax services
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including individual and business tax returns
- Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with tax preparation software
Expectations:
- Assist in developing processes and procedures to maintain high standard of quality and efficiency including quality control processes to avoid and catch mistakes and make sure staff understands procedures and are applying them correctly.
- Communication is critical. With Partners, staff and clients.
- Project quality and completeness for our clients.
- Prepare Client Ready projects
- Stellar organization skills in tasks, emails, documents, client questions, projects etc. Everything should be done timely with adequate notes taken and retained.
- Strong leadership by example for the staff.
