HR Payroll SpecialistPossibility of FTE conversion after 90 daysLocation: Wichita, KS 67210Pay Range: $27.00/hr - $29.00/hr on W2Key Accountabilities:Knowledge of payroll best practices and mechanics including regular, off-cycle, and adjustments, withholdings, reconciliations, imputed income, internal controls, quarter and year-end tasks, and standard and custom reportingDetailed knowledge of payroll laws and regulationsStrong attention to detailCustomer service orientedAbility to work effectively in a team environmentFlexibility and receptive to changeGood decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent3-7 years' experience in payroll processingKnowledge of payroll best practices and mechanics including regular, off-cycle, and adjustments, withholdings, reconciliations, imputed income, internal controls, quarter and year-end tasks, and standard and custom reportingMust have the flexibility to work evening hours, weekends and holidays when necessaryPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeExperience with Dayforce preferred or equivalent payroll platformExperience with SAP is a plus
