Responding to queries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction. Fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention. Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding. Developing relationships and working with Carriers and Brokers to create the insurance portfolio/protection/plan clients need. Working closely with producers to lay the groundwork for sales presentations and proposals. Requirements Property & Casualty License Required. 1+ years Personal Lines experience. Intermediate proficiency in computers and technology, AMS360 experience a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
