ECPI University’s Atlanta campus is seeking an IT Support professional to assist students, faculty, and staff with desktop OS, applications, and mobile devices, plus network and hardware issues. Responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting hardware, monitoring helpdesk requests, gathering issue information, escalating to Tier 2/3, and maintaining inventories.
