The role involves providing legal advice to clients, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating agreements, and representing clients in automobile warranty defense cases. The Associate Attorney will collaborate with team members, work closely with clients, and ensure compliance with legal procedures and timelines. Qualifications Strong expertise in Law, including a J.D. degree and active Bar membership in California Knowledge and experience in Litigation Proficient in providing Legal Advice to clients and demonstrating sound judgment Excellent Research skills for analyzing case law, regulations, and legal precedent Proven Negotiation skills with the ability to effectively advocate for clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail Prior experience in a similar role or practice area is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr BEATTY & MYERS, LLP
