What you'll do: This position is responsible for various aspects of the property management group including assistance with analysis and monitoring of financial performance, maintaining control of direct tenant charges, providing support for budgeting and tenant reconciliation procedures.

• Assists with researching budget variance issues and gathering information for analysis.
• Records cost information for use in controlling expenditures.
• Prepares annual tenant reconciliations and answers various tenant questions related to year-end expense reconciliation.
• Compiles cost information to be used in operating budget preparation.
• Verifies system templates accurately details contract amounts.
• Maintains the integrity of the accounting and invoicing systems for the subsidiary.
• Assists property managers with various accounting questions and account reclassifications, budgets, budget variances and reconciliations.
• Provides management/ownership with month-end financial statements for all Advantage accounts.

What it takes to join our team: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Accounting from four-year College or university; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
