IT Process Manager, Operations

A Tier 1 OEM Automotive Manufacturer is seeking an IT Process Manager, Operations to serve as the strategic lead for production operations systems, manufacturing process optimization, and enterprise application support across a highly integrated manufacturing environment. This individual will drive process improvements, lead technical projects, and support the long term evolution of systems tied to production operations. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

IT Process Manager, Operations | What You Will Do

• Lead process optimization initiatives across manufacturing operations and production systems
• Serve as the IT liaison for cross functional operational projects involving production, engineering, materials, and manufacturing teams
• Support ERP, MES, QMS, resource management, and production related systems across the operation
• Drive system upgrades, testing, implementation activity, and process improvement efforts
• Research and resolve operational system issues, process inefficiencies, and data integrity concerns
• Develop reporting, queries, workflows, documentation, and user procedures to support operational efficiency
• Train users on new systems, processes, and functionality enhancements
• Partner with technical and operational stakeholders to improve system integration and manufacturing workflows

IT Process Manager, Operations | What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of Business Analysis or Systems Management experience within manufacturing operations environments
• Strong understanding of ERP, MES, QMS, time tracking, and production support systems
• Experience supporting manufacturing applications, process changes, and system integrations
• Knowledge of PLCs, control systems, robotics, and machine interfaces
• Strong project management capability with experience leading technical initiatives from concept through implementation
• Experience with process mapping, business requirements gathering, and data analysis
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally in fast paced manufacturing environments
• Experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DX Platform, Catia, Delmia, or Enovia is a plus
• Lean Manufacturing and Value Stream Mapping experience highly preferred
