Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting within a 379-bed Level II Trauma Center
• Maintain expected patient ratios of 1:2 to 1:3
• Participate in weekend shifts, with a minimum of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• Adhere to block scheduling requirements as approved based on staffing and unit needs
• Float between units or sister facilities nearby as needed per assignment requirements
• Complete required modules prior to start and during orientation as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience required
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered or granted
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Facility does not accept background check hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Neuro ICU experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience in a Level II Trauma Center or acute care environment
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to float between units as needed
