The Opportunity As Vice President, you will play a central role in executingcomplex healthcare transactions across the capital structure. Youwill work directly with senior bankers and healthcare companymanagement teams on IPOs, follow‑on offerings, private placements,M&A transactions, and strategic advisory engagements.
