The successful candidate will be a key partner to senior leadership, driving growth, optimizing the capital structure, and ensuring that financial activities are in line with the company's mission. This role is pivotal in the scaling of advanced manufacturing for aerospace and defense, and the VP will be responsible for a range of strategic finance initiatives, including capital markets strategy, debt/equity planning, and investor syndication. Applicants must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for CFA/CPA, and at least 12 years of senior finance experience in high-growth, technical, or defense/manufacturing environments. The role requires a strong background in capital markets, investment banking, or corporate finance, and a proven track record in leading capital raises, managing investor relationships, and structuring complex transactions. The VP will also be involved in the development and implementation of financial frameworks for resource allocation, budgeting, and forecasting to support the company's manufacturing scale-up and multi-year programs. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to influence at executive and board levels.
