Warehouse Operations Manager- 2nd shift

We are immediately hiring a 2nd shift Warehouse Operations Manager in Charlotte, NC for our Supply Chain Solutions division. Oversee daily logistics functions, including inbound/outbound flow, inventory accuracy, labor planning, and operational performance. Drive process improvements, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and lead to achieve service, cost, and quality targets. Key Qualifications Experience supporting parts process flow within a manufacturing environment, specifically for a production plant in Charlotte, NC. Managed day‑to‑day operations of a 136k sq. ft. warehouse. Oversaw receiving, storage, inventory control, and kitting operations to support HVAC production plant. Demonstrated experience leading and managing salaried operations and logistics managers (preferred). Pay type: Exempt / Salary paid twice per month. Annual salary: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year based on experience. Annual bonus incentive: Up to 10% or more of salary per year. Relocation assistance available. Schedule: 2nd shift 2:30 pm–11 pm (8 h); 4:30 pm–3 am (10 h). Essential Functions Manage the performance of salaried and hourly employees, resolve performance issues, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine their needs and expectations and operate the account to meet those demands. Be responsible for payroll of employees. Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statements to determine account profitability and provide financial data and weekly operations report to senior management. Be responsible for accounts payable, vendor quotes for purchased materials, and customer invoicing. Hold Safety & Security meetings, provide safety training and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned. Excellent knowledge of safety and security requirements (advanced required). Qualifications H.S. diploma/GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred. Three (3) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required. Two (2) years or more managing and leading direct reports required. Excellent knowledge of transportation and/or warehouse logistics operations (advanced required). Excellent knowledge of safety and security requirements (advanced required).
