Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication Administration Accurately document in MAR/TAR in real time Monitor symptoms, report adverse reactions or refusals promptly Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes in residents Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, ensuring compliance with safety standards Qualifications & Skills Active LPN license in good standing CPR and First Aid certification Strong assessment and documentation skills Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred Key Attributes The role requires clinical precision, regulatory adherence, and a commitment to resident safety by preventing medication errors and early health change detection. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vetted Solutions
