What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care for high-acuity NICU patients across multiple hospitals
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Monitor critically ill neonates, including ventilated and preterm infants
• Manage patient assessments, procedures, and documentation
• Support family-centered care and communicate effectively with families
• Rotate through multiple Level III and IV NICUs, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with hospital and healthcare regulations

What You Need

• Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification
• Minimum of 2 years' NICU experience (not suitable for new graduates)
• Ability and willingness to work high-acuity, fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid Florida license or eligibility to practice in Florida
