Lead Platform Engineer, Workday Functional (HCM)

* Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios* Understand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business* Deliver solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standards* Effectively communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions across business partners* Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results.* Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilities* Build & maintain thorough documentation for system implementation* Primary contact for questions related to how the system works from a business and a technical perspective* Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issues* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification* At least 6 years of experience with Workday functional configuration tasks* At least 4 years of experience configuring business processes within the Workday platform* At least 2 year of experience with calculated fields or custom reports* Bachelor's degree* 7+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration (Recruiting, Benefits, TM/PM)* Experience working in an agile delivery environment* Workday or Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking or Performance Management)* 2+ years of experience with Workday Security or Workday Reporting* 1+ years of experience loading HCM data into Workday using existing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB's)Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
