Responsibilities Lead and mentor project teams to deliver technology solutions aligned with client goals and missions. Plan, shape and manage engagements, ensuring quality outcomes for clients. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, communicating effectively at executive levels. Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to solve complex challenges and drive transformation. Contribute to professional development of team members and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience. 4-6 years of related experience implementing Workday. Must have Core HCM and Compensation experience; advanced compensation experience is a plus. 4+ years of related project leadership experience. Workday certification in Core HCM and Compensation preferred; prior experience as a Workday HCM functional lead and management consulting experience in HR transformation are advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships of trust and collaboration. Ability to train and contribute to the professional development of Huron staff in project management and technical dimensions. Capability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration; strong analytical skills to translate meetings into actionable documentation. Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies; willingness to travel. Compensation and Benefits The estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the pay at the time of the job posting. Actual salary will vary based on factors including skills, certifications, experience, market changes, and travel requirements. This role is eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, with total compensation potentially ranging from $164,000 - $204,000 when incentives are included.
