Guide Agile teams in adopting and following Scrum principles, practices, and values. Ensure sprint objectives and delivery commitments are achieved within timelines. Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization, story refinement, and release planning. Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and self-organization. Mentor teams in Agile maturity and help drive Agile transformation initiatives. Identify, track, and remove project impediments affecting team productivity. Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively. Escalate critical delivery issues and provide mitigation plans to leadership Track and report Agile delivery metrics Salary Range- $110,000-$140,000 a year #J-18808-Ljbffr
