• Provide clinical insight and support to the care team in the delivery of patient care.
• Work in an increasingly autonomous role while exercising sound clinical judgment.
• Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Administer injections and medications as appropriate and within scope of practice.
• Perform phlebotomy and other routine clinical procedures.
• Assist other clinical team members with patient care, procedures, and day-to-day clinical needs.
• Monitor patients' medical conditions and identify changes requiring additional intervention or follow-up.
• Provide oversight, guidance, and training to direct care staff on monitoring and managing patients' medical needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Participate in team meetings and provide medically related in-services and education to program staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
